In “ The Makers eye” by Donald Murray, discusses about revision, the type of writers when it comes to revision, and the best ways to revise on papers. When it comes to being writers we must be our own enemy. We must countiuosly read over out work and point out our own flaws or what we could make better. As writers must be sure of the dimensions meaning where everything should be , is it in the right place ? Does this fit with this topic ? Also listening to the tone of the writing , does it fit together perfectly does it flow while reading it. With revision must have : structure, subject , audience, form , tone , development , and dimension. This process can become a never ending process when you are a perfectionist, there is a lot of work that takes place in revision.
